Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall business goals and vision.
Study, Analyse Product market and create niche for company’s product.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure that the
product meets customer needs and business goals.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, marketresearch, and
business goals.
Create product wireframes as per customer’s requirements.
Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for new products or products
improvements.
Communicate product vision and requirements to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Monitor and
analyse product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Work with the development team to ensure that the product is developed according to specificationsand
launched on time and within budget.
Work with the marketing team to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with the
target audience.
Develop and execute product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.
Gather customer feedback and use it to improve the product and inform future product developmentdecisions.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to retirement.
Undertake any other reasonable task that may be asked by supervisor or senior management.
Attend team meetings.
Work on JIRA for Project reporting
Skills:
Education:
A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field withrelevant
experience or certifications.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience working in product management or a related field. Familiar with the
latest software development tools and technologies.
Product Management: Strong understanding of product management methodologies,including product
development, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Customer Focus: Strong customer focus with the ability to gather customer feedback and use it toinform
product development decisions.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, set priorities, andmake
decisions that align with business goals.
Communication: Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate technical
information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed
decisions and identify areas for improvement.
UX Design: Familiarity with UX design principles and user research methodologies.
Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of software development methodologies and tools, as well
as a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in the industry.
Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market trends, competitive
landscape, and industry regulations.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop product roadmaps that align withbusiness
