Key Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and analyse product and customer usage data to help product management and executive leadership make informed decisions
Build and monitor customer data dashboards, identify patterns and set alerts for the same
Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering team for successful execution of product features
Collaborate with other business functions like marketing and category teams for regular updates on the Nua website
Compile reports on recent feature requests and upcoming launches to share with internal stakeholders
Liaise with the Product team to set clear objectives for day to day functions and measure against the set KPIs
Job Requirement:
Have 1-3 years of prior experience with Product Analytics or Product Operations
Have good logical thinking capabilities and should be comfortable working with numbers
Have no fear to work hands on with APIs and JSON text format
Have strong analytical and reporting skills
Should be comfortable with excel & analyzing large data sets
Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work across teams
Be organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables
Be passionate about the category and the industry of women’s wellness
