Rapidly test and iterate products to increase customer acquisition/engagement;

Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Post Graduate in business, economics, mathematics or any related field.
2 to 4 years of experience working with teams in rapid delivery environments, in data analytics and product ecosystem.
Ability to wireframe and articulate design recommendations based on research outcomes
High level of empathy; ability of to relate to users from various perspectives.
Ability to provide unbiased voice-of-the-customer feedback based on their research findings;
Demonstrated understanding of various research methods and evaluation techniques;
Self-starter and used to owning delivery end-to-end;
Proficiency in Python or R, deep SQL knowledge, advanced excel knowledge
Passionate for translating data and trends into meaningful insights and stories;
Able to spot trends and interesting anomalies;
