Collaborate closely with our software application teams to integrate solutions across the software stacks.
Drive the integration of new and innovative technologies into our environment, covering all aspects of continuous integration, including testing and automated deployments.
Ensure IT operations are executed in an appropriate and cost-effective manner within SLA.
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives with continuous focus High Quality and Productivity gains.
Create and integrate user-friendly experiences into our frontend applications.
Develop and integrate efficient and secure backend applications.
Develop and enhance solutions that address business needs.
Enhance and provide support for the current Engineering IT frontend and backend solutions that add value.
Participate in refining our reference architecture framework to create user applications that grow and scale with the company’s needs.
Generate proactive monitoring and usage metrics to establish system baselines and predict future demands.
Monitor website performance, identify traffic drops related to site usability problems, and rectify these issues.
Establish feedback loops with key customers by building strong relationships.
Review and understand the software roadmap to plan future website upgrades with the development team.
Plan and implement strategies to minimize service outages and reduce the impact of such outages on business operations (, availability, contingency, and disaster planning).
