Client Relationship & Business Development
• Prospecting new clients through cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, etc.
• Maintaining and growing existing business by making presentations; explaining service benefits; up selling, etc.
• Preparing proposals and presentations
• Managing sales resources within their scope
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed business targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with potential clients and ensure successful implementation of service delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
• Enter client details and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Monitor and track sales activities and maintain regular reporting to management.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials as needed.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients.
• Provide feedback to management on industry trends and customer needs to drive innovation and service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Note : Expertise in handling a C-Suite executive, CEO, CHRO & MD is required. Responsible for enhancing the overall customer experience.
Experience in an Executive search / Recruitment firm would be preferred.
Job Location : Mumbai or Pune.
