About the Role

The Trade Marketing Manager will play an important role in strengthening our business in the Offline Channel. Your contributions will be pivotal to build salience of our products in-store and to enhance the offtake of the products.

The ideal candidate should therefore have experience in Modern Trade Sales, with a mandatory stint in Trade Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

The Trade Marketing Manager drives the following objectives:

Grow offtake of our products

Increase market share of our products

Your responsibilities will include:

Create Account-specific Trade Marketing Strategy to drive best-in-class trade presence and engagement with channel partners

Ensure width and depth of assortment, at the Account and Store-level

Develop tools for enhancing in-shop visibility of products

Design engaging promotions to accelerate trials and repeat purchases

Lead and scale the Promoter Program to enhance per store offtake

Co-create and develop Hyper-local Marketing Plans to drive footfalls in-store

Manage and deploy Trade Marketing budgets within approved levels, to maximize efficiency

Analyze market trends and competitor activities and formulate strategies in line with business expansion plans

Job Requirement

Professional: Min. 5-6 years work experience in Modern Trade Sales and Trade Marketing

Educational: MBA
