As a Web3 Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing captivating social media strategies to elevate our brand presence across various platforms. Your ability to create engaging content, build a strong community, and analyze performance metrics will be key to our clients' success.
We’re looking for an experienced Web3 Social Media Manager who can:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement across multiple platforms.
Create compelling and shareable content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that align with our brand identities and resonate with our target audiences.
Your excitement should come out via your Social media activity. So you'll be responsible for telling compelling stories, engaging media content, announcements, etc.
We run a lot of campaigns aggressively be it Brand awareness, product campaigns, event and meetups campaign, customer spotlight, etc. You would be responsible for driving social media eyeballs and traffic to these campaigns actively.
Don't just post. But also talk. Being the voice means engaging with people on social media, making acquaintances with influencers, listening to social media chatter and responding, and ultimately making it easy for people to relate to the brand.
Analyze social media performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
Track project progress, monitor milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Skills and experience that the Web3 Social Media Manager must have:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the crypto or blockchain industry.
Familiarity with marketing tools and techniques, including social media marketing and content marketing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
Proven track record of managing and growing social media presence across platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, etc.
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent creative thinking and content creation abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with the crypto and blockchain ecosystem is preferred.
Knowledge of Web3 culture and terminology is a plus.
Experience and understanding of the following applications are desirable: Canva, Adobe applications, Creative software, Social media scheduling applications (e.g., social sprout, Publer.....), Video editing skills, After effects, Premier Pro, Microsoft Office and AI tools like ChatGPT etc...
