The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
Keep track of daily operations, track performance, and make recommendations for improvement when needed
Order and manage supplies and inventory, coordinate with accounting & finance departments to stay within budget
Develop procedures & protocols (e.g. checklists) to be distributed to personnel
Communicate & coordinate with staff (executive operations team) & vendors
Train & onboard new staff to ensure compliance with SOP
Develop and implement department wide quality controls
Recommend new procedures to improve daily operations
Communicate with operations manager & staff members & vendors to ensure compliance with protocols at key touchpoints
Help the operations manager with development, planning and coordination
Ensure operations are in compliance with local & national regulations
The Profile
Bachelor's degree in a business field, such as accounting, finance, or management
Proven work experience as a business operations specialist or a similar role
Proficiency with common office software systems such as Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards
