Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Surat office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling software products through both inbound and outbound sales strategies. They should be result-oriented, capable of meeting sales targets, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct inbound and outbound sales activities to promote and sell software products.

Respond to inquiries and leads promptly via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Keep accurate records of sales interactions and transactions using CRM software.

Requirements:
