Director of Ecommerce Operations
As the Director of Ecommerce business Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an online retail business. You will oversee managing inventory, optimizing product listings, and ensuring the website is running smoothly. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ecommerce, with a focus on operational efficiency. Responsibilities
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to ensure high uptime, fast load times, and seamless user experience
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient e-commerce operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer support
Analyse and report on e-commerce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage
Led and mentor e-commerce team members to develop their skills and achieve company goals
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive traffic and sales
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to e-commerce operations
Requirements
5 years in e-commerce operations specifically in Baby care or Mother care related product categories
Proven experience in inventory management
Expertise in logistics and fulfilment
Strong vendor management skills
Experience with e-commerce platforms
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of customer service best practices
Ability to analyse data and create reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Keen attention to detail and organizational prowess
