About the Role
As a Creative Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in creating engaging & impactful design solutions across digital and offline platforms for our brand. We are seeking a motivated & enthusiastic candidate with a potent blend of creative arsenal,
leadership foresight, and strategic insight to steer the company’s creative trajectory in the right direction.
Responsibilities
Conceptualize, create and amplify design for various platforms on Digital (FB Banners, Push Notifications, In App Assets etc.) and Print collaterals (OOH, Standees etc.).
Select and integrate different colors, fonts, images to create engaging layouts with an eye for detail
Work with content team to create a finished creative comprising of complementing visual and communication
Safeguard brand consistency across variety of projects & explorations through design adherence to brand guidelines
Present concepts, ideas, and designs to stakeholders, elucidating the rationale behind creative choices
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to implement feedback where possible to best support business/marketing goals.
Liaise with brand, marketing and other cross functional teams to ensure that projects are on schedule, meet their desired result and are executed in a timely manner with a high quality output
Identify and address potential roadblocks proactively, pursuing solutions to maintain project alignment.
Use data and learnings and best practices available from past projects to optimize future designs
Collaborate with fellow team members to develop new approaches for creating brilliant proactive ideas and creatives for upcoming projects
Ideal Candidate
Prior knowledge of graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
Proven work experience as a graphic designer for ~8 years.
Updated on prevailing design trends, industry benchmarks, and emergent technologies.
Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to think innovatively, creatively and translate ideas into designs and layouts to shape impactful visual narratives for our offerings.
A flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to business needs.
The ability to meet deadlines for concurrent projects and work in a pressurized environment.
Great organizational skills.
Aptitude & acumen in independently managing projects & motivating members of a creative team.
Strong research skills.
A passion for creative design & the willingness to learn from other creative professionals.
An eye for detail and a desire for perfection.
