Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Junior Marketer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Channel Marketing team in executing effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our audience, and generate leads. This is a junior-level position ideal for someone looking to build a career in marketing, offering hands-on experience across various marketing channels and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across different channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Support the content team in creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, social media content, and marketing collateral.
- Help organize and coordinate field marketing events, including logistics, vendor management, and driving registrations via email campaigns and promotional material preparation.
- Collaborate with the campaign manager to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accurate and current information for campaign targeting and analysis.
- Assist in managing social media accounts, engaging with followers, and creating posts that promote brand visibility and interaction.
- Support internal communications regarding marketing initiatives, schedules, and outcomes.
- Perform administrative tasks related to marketing projects and activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of B2B experience in a marketing role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with marketing trends and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing softwares/tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and social media management tools).
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
