Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Sales Representative for ETV Win OTT. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to resolve issues related to app usage and assist in selling OTT subscriptions to prospective users. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Telugu, Hindi, and English languages, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide prompt and courteous customer support to address inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve complaints related to app usage.
2. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and live chat to ensure a positive customer experience.
3. Assist customers in navigating the app, explaining features, and troubleshooting any difficulties they may encounter.
4. Document and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
5. Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell OTT subscriptions to potential users.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and issue resolutions using Excel or CRM software.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and driving subscription sales.
8. Stay updated on product features, pricing plans, and promotional offers to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English languages (both written and verbal).
2. Previous experience in customer support or sales roles preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
8. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Qualification : Any Graduation
