**Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of financial tasks including direct taxation, indirect taxation, internal audit, government, and bank statutory audit, with a focus on international accounting standards.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Direct Taxation:**

- Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals, businesses, and corporations.

- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients to optimize tax efficiency.

- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.

2. **Indirect Taxation:**

- Manage GST compliance including filing returns, reconciliation, and resolving any related issues.

3. **Internal Audit:**

- Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop audit plans and procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of internal processes.

- Provide recommendations for enhancing internal controls and risk management.

4. **Government and Bank Statutory Audit:**

- Perform audits of government agencies and financial institutions in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.

- Prepare audit reports detailing findings and recommendations for management.

- Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to audit queries as necessary.

5. **International Accounting:**

- Apply international accounting standards (IAS) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS) in financial reporting and analysis.

- Handle foreign currency transactions and translations.

- Ensure compliance with international accounting regulations and guidelines.

**Qualifications:**

- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.

- Proven experience in direct taxation, indirect taxation, internal audit, and statutory audit, preferably in a reputable firm or organization.

- Strong understanding of Indian and international accounting standards.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
