Job Responsibilities : Coordinate with all administrative team members across different sites to facilitate and assist in PO processes. Gather information from administrative team members globally to accurately raise requisitions in the new SAP system. Proactively follow up on requisition processes, ensuring timely approval from approvers. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure efficient and timely issuance of purchase orders. Releasing a weekly report on requisition status to approvers and the procurement team, while also copying admin site leads to keep them informed of the status. Manage MIS for all global sites, ensuring accurate and up to date data management and reporting. Education and Essential Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Administration Management Should be a Graduate Should have excellent communication skills & MIS Skills.
