Job Description:

Job Profile-: QA Lead

We are looking for a Quality Analyst Lead to help with managing testing of products along with UAT support to Clients.

Roles and Responsibilities-:

1.Defining quality standards and metrics for the current project/product.

2.Working with all stake holders to ensure that the quality metrics is reviewed, closed and agreed upon.

3.Make the QA team aware of the Quality matrix and resolve all the queries.

4.Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis.

5.Defining processes for test plan and several phases of testing cycle.

6.Planning and scheduling several milestones and tasks like alpha and beta testing.

7.Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.

8.Work closely on the deadlines of the project.

9.Ensure the team is focusing on automation along with manual testing.

11.Set processes for test plan reviews and ensure that that test plans get reviewed by all stakeholders.

12.Review test strategies and see that all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional, performance, stress, acceptance etc. are getting covered.

13.Setting up goals and objectives for QA Engineers

14.Motivating team for achieving continuous Improvement.

Job Specific Skill Points-:

1.Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle.

2.Good knowledge of 'Defect life cycle'.

3.Good experience in Design and implement testing plans for products.

4.Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services.

5.Experience in preparation of process related documents such as Process flow, User manuals.

6.Identify and remedy defects within the production process.

7.Exposure to Banking domain.

8.Good exposure on Payment domain.

9.Good knowledge on end to end payment processing.

10.Proven problem solving and analytical skills.

11.Participating in the entire life cycle of projects – from requirement gathering to UAT sign-off.

12.Strong team building and people management skills are a must.

Educational Qualification -:

The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering / technology or equivalent

Minimum Experience-:

Minimum 10+years of Experience in jointly QA+Lead profile

You will be working on initiatives to help our large Banking Customer base to bring our application to market while helping and working through Security, Resilience, Scalability and Performance requirements for both our in-house application as well as those of our customers. You will take part in RFP & PWT discussions to help our customers through their requirements.
