Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Servicing Executive at Saad Communications located in Thane. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for client services, client relations, daily coordination within team and with client. The role involves understanding the client requirements, Ideation within team, coordination with creative team members and delivering the work in timeline.
Qualifications
Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the advertising or communication industry is a plus
