Develop and execute short-term & long-term successful SEO strategies

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns (Google Ads/PPC/Social Media Posts/Paid Ads on Insta/FB)
Design, build and maintain our social media presence on Instagram & Facebook
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Designing Post for Social Media Marketing based on company marketing strategy.
Email Marketing template designing and running email marketing.
Perform daily account management and pay per click accounts on Facebook/Instagram & Google (Google Ads) and other search platforms.
On page and Off page SEO keyword management and analysis
Report on web traffic and user activity and the audience analysis
Requirements:
Should be a graduate from any stream but candidates having Digital Marketing Degree shall be preferred
Certified Google Adword Specialists shall be preferred
Experience of Digital Marketing in Beauty Industry is preferred
Having own Laptop is a mandate
Highly level mathematical ability with analytical mindset and critical thinking
Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.) along with GSC, MOZ, Ahref, SEMRush
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Data-centric and experimental approach
Ability to perform root-cause analysis for movement in ranking, traffic and conversion funnel metrics.
Fluent in technical SEO aspects and knowledge of HTML/CSS
Working knowledge of Excel (vlookup, filters, pivot tables) is needed with extensive working capability on spreadsheets.
Good with mental maths/logic/data interpretation/problem solving
Familiarity with Sitefinity or other CMS platforms.
Ability to merge digital knowledge with performance requirement for general insurance after understanding various Ed-Tech industry products and parameters
