Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy development. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, conducting training and development programs, and maintaining employee records and documentation.
Qualifications
Experience in HR management, recruitment, and employee relations
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in HR software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with at least 2 years of experience.
In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve common goals.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
