Job Description : MS Dynamics Business Central Developer NAV development tools such as C/SIDE (Client/Server Integrated Development Environment), C/AL (Client/Server Advanced Language), and C/AL Development Environment Familiarity with AL (Application Language) and Visual Studio Code for Business Central development Understanding of data migration tools and techniques to migrate data from NAV to Business Central. Ability to integrate Business Central with other systems and services using APIs, web services, or integration tools. Basic understanding of Azure cloud services as Business Central Key Responsibilities : Lead the development and migration of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Mentor and guide team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Identify and evaluate new technology solutions to improve business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy. Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends Must-Have Skills : Technical Skills: Knowledge of NAV development tools such as C/SIDE (Client/Server Integrated Development Environment), C/AL (Client/Server Advanced Language), and C/AL Development Environment Familiarity with AL (Application Language) and Visual Studio Code for Business Central development .NET Interoperability, .NET-based applications and services, .NET languages such as C#, VB.NET, or F# to create custom components. SQL Server2008/2012/14/19 - 64-bit, Azure SQL or, Oracle 9i VS.NET, HTML, JavaScript, ADO.NET, Windows and Web service, WCF, IIS ASP.NET, MSMQ and WMQ Understanding of data migration tools and techniques to migrate data from NAV to Business Central. Ability to integrate Business Central with other systems and services using APIs, web services, or integration tools. Basic understanding of Azure cloud services as Business Central Functional Skills: Strong understanding of ERP concepts, including finance, supply chain management, manufacturing, sales, and service management. Ability to analyze existing business processes in NAV and map them to Business Central functionalities. Ability to create a comprehensive migration plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Admin Skills: Ability to manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central. Understanding of security configurations and policies to ensure data protection and compliance during the migration process. Familiarity with database management tasks such as backup and restore procedures, performance tuning, and data integrity maintenance. Understanding of data conversion techniques and tools to migrate data from Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central while ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Knowledge of APIs and web services to facilitate data exchange and communication between different systems.
