Key Responsibilities:
Assessment and Diagnosis:
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health and emotional concerns.
Able to support various psychological interventions such as CBT, ACT, Humanistic etc.
Collaborate with clients to identify their unique challenges and treatment goals.
Counseling and Therapy:
Provide individual, couples, family, or group counseling sessions to address clients' psychological and emotional issues.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Facilitate sessions to help clients gain insight, develop coping skills, and improve their overall mental health.
Crisis Intervention:
Offer immediate support and intervention for clients in crisis situations, such as those experiencing suicidal thoughts or acute emotional distress.
Collaborate with emergency services and medical professionals as needed to ensure clients' safety.
Client Advocacy and Support:
Promote workplace wellbeing and sensitize mental health in the workplace through communication materials and activities.
Advocate for clients' rights and well-being within legal and ethical boundaries.
Connect clients with community resources, support groups, or additional services to enhance their support network.
Progress Monitoring and Documentation:
Regularly assess clients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, assessments, and treatment plans.
Generate reports as required.
Education and Prevention:
Conduct workshops, seminars, and psychoeducational programs to raise awareness about mental health issues and preventive strategies.
Promote mental health and well-being through outreach and community engagement.
Ethical and Legal Compliance:
Adhere to professional codes of ethics and legal regulations governing mental health counseling.
Ensure client confidentiality and informed consent are maintained at all times.

Able to work during Indian Public Holidays as requested.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Must have experience in the corporate setting.
State licensure or certification as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent, as required by the state of practice.
Strong knowledge of counseling theories, therapeutic techniques, and ethical standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to counseling.
Ability to build rapport with diverse clients and create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
Cultural competence and sensitivity to clients' diverse backgrounds and experiences.
