As a Technical Support Executive at Teleperformance, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding technical assistance and support. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues while delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Assistance: Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues related to products or services.
Customer Interaction: Interact with customers professionally, ensuring a positive experience while troubleshooting and resolving their technical concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure effective issue resolution and escalation when needed.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and technical information to provide efficient support
Ideal Profile
You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a IT Consulting role.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You have working knowledge of technical, support and executive
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
