Responsibilities:
• Responsible for setting up the support process for customer onboarding
• Manage all the Project customers platform incidents and issues
• Drive priority incidents by engaging business, development and infrastructure teams
• Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality
• Provides technical support
• Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support
• Analyzing and monitor performance bottlenecks and key metrics to optimize software and system performance
• Communicate with internal and external business partners. Should be able to handle Onshore/Offshore model
• Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and project management groups
• Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor
• Should be able to interact and work with multi-site development teams
• Should be quick and pro-active in responding to queries
• Should work as a team player
Requirements:
4-8 Years of experience - ,Kubernetes, SQL(Any DB) ,Cloud ,ci/cd ,PostgreSQL(Optional))
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
