We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at [Store Location]. As a Store Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving our sales goals, fostering a positive customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence in our store.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Performance: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing training and mentorship.
Implement effective sales strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion.
Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Brand & Customer Experience: Uphold the high standards of the Senco Gold & Diamonds brand, ensuring a luxurious and welcoming shopping environment.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage and oversee all aspects of the customer journey, from initial greeting to post-sale follow-up.
Implement effective Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives to drive local brand awareness and customer traffic.
Operations Excellence: Oversee all day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and securing valuable merchandise.
Implement and maintain strict security protocols to minimize loss and ensure a safe environment.
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain detailed sales records.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the jewelry retail industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficient in inventory management and security protocols.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with BTL marketing initiatives a plus.
