Key Responsibilities
Responsible for vendor payments to Indian vendors through Netsuite
Responsible for vendor payments to foreign vendors through Netsuite
Fund Transfers
TDS batch run
GST RCM batch run
Credit card payment allocation.
Payments recording
Offline payments
Sharing Bank statements
Sharing Payments advice and UTR details
Expense Reports payments
Sending authorization mails to bank signatories
Sharing monthly data for AP dashboard
Hold salary and Full and Final payments.
Tax payments (Advance Tax, Self-Assessment Tax, US Taxes, TDS, GST RCM and other statutory tax payments
Key Competencies
B.Com/ M.Com/MBA CA Inter
Candidate should possess good communication and email writing skill. Good in Microsoft excel, Power point presentations.
