Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Architecture with a strong Flutter and mobile application development background for our client. The selected candidate will be based in Bangalore/Pune and will work out of the client office as a mandate.
The role involves extensive interaction and collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires a proactive attitude with an eagerness to contribute to team success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Developing and unit testing of Flutter applications using Flutter & Dart.
2. Managing a team of 5+ members for mobile app development and ensuring timely delivery.
3. Building iOS/Android apps integrated with one or more of Enterprise systems/backend like CMS/CRM/eCommerce systems, payment gateway, etc., as well as cloud-based middleware, databases, and web services.
4. Debugging to identify and resolve production and blocking issues.
5. Provisioning and deploying application in Appstore/Play Store.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
7. Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and unit testing Flutter applications using Flutter & Dart.
2. Overall, 9+ years of experience in software development in Mobile technologies (Native/cross-platform).
3. Good understanding of the Flutter framework, including widgets, architecture, and libraries.
4. Hands-on experience with other mobile app development technologies like Swift/Objective C or Android Java/Kotlin or Xamarin/React Native.
5. Good understanding of iOS and/or Android ecosystem and integrations with the backend systems and 3rd party services.
6. Good understanding of iOS Human interface design guidelines and/or Android Material Design Guidelines.
7. Proven team management skills with an ability to lead a small team.
8. Good debugging skills to identify and resolve issues.
9. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
